BMW MINI Rally (2022–2023)

Event Overview:

An interactive rally experience where participants drove MINI vehicles across a curated route with multiple checkpoints. The event required structured coordination, participant management, and seamless check-in processes. Maintaining flow across checkpoints was critical.

Our Role: 

Delivered ushers and registration staff to manage check-ins, guide participants, and support event coordination.

BMW 7 Series Campaign (2026)

A multi-location automotive campaign executed across various outdoor events, designed to promote the BMW 7 Series. The campaign required consistent brand representation and engagement across different venues. Maintaining quality and consistency was key.

A seasonal activation aligned with Ramadan, focusing on guest engagement and cultural experience. The event combined brand interaction with traditional hospitality elements. Delivering a culturally aligned and premium experience was essential.
